We spent quite a bit of time looking at personal improvement and growth as part of what we offer. We don't simply offer Jiu-Jitsu instruction; we provide a social media "Community" where you can interact with other members and instructors. We offer 'My Vault' where you have a wide set of beta tools to help you set goals, develop reflective content (e.g. write journals, generate albums, create teaching moments for your kids or other, etc). We Offer a suite of tools for free because we believe your personal improvement is self-paced and means more than training but has a component of reflection. Communities is your social media platform. Member Connect is your more personal platform to connect at a more personal level. My Vault has a suite of tools as noted. Take a look and explore.
